Seller: Mraen Bilişim ve İnternet Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (EmporNAT). Güneşli Tax Office, tax number 6231059299. Email: empornat@empornat.com. Buyer: the person whose name or company name, address and contact details appear on the order form.
Subject
This contract covers the provision of the web design, hosting, business email, domain, DNS and migration services the buyer selects on the order form or in an accepted quote, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Main features and price of the service
The service's name, scope, term, total price including VAT, payment method and any additional costs such as domain registration fees are shown to the buyer on the order form or quote before the order is completed, and form an integral part of this contract.
Performance
Hosting, email and DNS services begin when the account is opened, at the latest 1 business day after payment is received. Domain registration depends on the processing time of the registry concerned. Migration is carried out on a date agreed with the buyer, following the migration plan. Web design projects are carried out and delivered on the schedule in the quote.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given in writing to empornat@empornat.com; the seller refunds the amount collected within 14 days of receiving it. Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance began with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ended. A web design project or a domain registration falls under this when it starts within the withdrawal period with the buyer's express consent, which is asked for separately and explicitly when ordering.
Disputes
For disputes arising from this contract, consumer arbitration committees at the buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits.
